The Office of Campus Activities just recently upgraded from our old monochrome poster printer to the Education Work Station, full-color poster and banner printing system. One of my responsibilities is advertising for the office and student events. The old monochrome posters were just not eye catching. I was glad to find we had it in out budget to upgrade. Our quality of advertising has certainly increased. We now have colorful, eye catching posters that make you want to read them.
I worked with Anthony Placito from the Education Work Station Company. He was knowledgeable about his product and patient with my lack of knowledge. With his assistance the purchase went smoothly. Upon receiving the new item, Anthony came and trained my graphics assistant and myself on the new system. He was thorough as we did a hands on training. I also know I can call upon him for assistance if necessary.
We love the new machine and what it can produce. It is simple to use and does a wonderful job. I would recommend this machine and the Education Work Station to any school or any business that needs to produce colorful posters on the spot.

The Mohawk Regional Teacher Center wanted to let you know about the remarkable success we have enjoyed with the 36” Educational Work Station. It has been a valuable tool for the Teacher Center and the (12) school districts we serve.
The response to the Education Work Station has been phenomenal! Area teachers have been provided with a tool to visually present information that really grabs their students’ attention and interest. The variety of sizes and vibrant colors is comparable to none in the past. This new Education Work Station has so many different uses: posters, banners, photos, etc. We are even looking into the possibility of having the Herkimer BOCES Visual Communications class train to use this program.
